I am based in UK, Leicester, so all orders will be dispatched from here! 😺💕
❓How long will the order take to reach me?
Upon selecting a shipping method, you will be provided with an estimated delivery date.
❓How much does shipping cost?
The shipping cost will depend on your location, chosen delivery method and the number of items. The delivery cost will be displayed at checkout.
❓What kind of packaging do you use? Is it recyclable?
All packaging is 100% recyclable! ♻️ By default, it includes a glassine envelope for water damage protection and a rigid, heavy card envelope to make sure the items reach you safely. I also add some recyclable stickers and a thank you card for extra pizzazz! ✨
Customising the designs
❓Can I customise the text on the greeting cards?
In most cases, yes! Please make sure to drop me a message before you place the order to discuss it! 💌
❓Can I order a completely custom greeting card design?
Yes! Whether you want a custom card with your pet or you have a card idea but couldn't find it in my catalogue, please message me and we can discuss it further. The price will be agreed depending on the difficulty of the drawing.
Digital downloads
❓How long will it take me to receive the digital download after purchase?
Upon purchasing a digital download, you will be able to download it within 3 minutes of ordering. It will also be sent to you via email.
❓I want to order a digital download of a card, but you don't have the design I want available in your shop. Is it possible to get it?
Yes! If there's a design you want to get as a digital download but it's not currently available in my shop, just drop me a message and I'll arrange it! 😺
Gift packaging
❓Can you pack my order in gift wrap?
At the moment I am not able to offer gift wrap, sorry! I am looking into adding this option in the future.
❓Can you make sure the envelope doesn't say what's inside?
I do my best to make the packaging reveal as little as possible about the contents inside! 💌 However, it is a legal requirement that all international orders (outside of the UK) have a customs form, which will vaguely specify the contents of the parcel.
